You may need your osteopath’s General Osteopathic Council number to process your claim, which will be included on your invoice.

Each insurance provider has its own process for activating claims. Before reviews, we will provide all the details you need, including any session limits. If your policy supports direct billing, we’ll supply an AVIVA authorisation code to submit with your claim.

Activating Your AVIVA Insurance
You'll need your provider's authorisation code to ensure smooth coverage for your treatment at Wimbledon Clinic.
We only accept insurance payments with valid codes from AVIVA, AXA PPP, and BUPA.
Once you have done this call-up, book an AVIVA osteopathic consultation and give both Aviva membership numbers and your activation code.
Ideally, if you have a policy max of sessions, have the phone team also note this on file.
If you want to move ahead out of hours, grab typically full osteopathic in-clinic consult online (book online button below) and note you'll be claiming via AVIVA. There may be a £65 fee, which can either be refunded once you get the activation code to use or when you come to an appointment or used against your excess, assuming there is some.
